Elena Espelosín born in Madrid in 1975. In 1993 she moved to London to study at the City and Guilds of London Art School, where she specializes in sculpture. On her return to Spain she is introduced into the world of glass at the Royal Glass Factory of La Granja, where she learned the techniques of blowing molten glass, fusing, thermoforming, etc. She continued her studies at the Ceramic School in Madrid (large sculpture) and the La Bisbal Ceramic School (ceramic glazes and murals). From 2000 she begins a new stage between scaffolding and cranes doing murals of great format. Currently her work is focused on performing pieces of glass and researching ceramic clays.
