Can I gift a subscription?

Yes!

In the store portion of our site, choose the gift subscription option. The shipping and handling for the subscription will calculate at checkout ($20 for domestic, $40 for international destinations). When you place the order, make sure you input the recipient’s shipping address as the delivery address.  If you would like the subscription to only run for one year please follow the steps above after the order is placed to ensure the recurring payment is cancelled. For questions or assistance, email mail@will-i-be.com.

My subscription has ended. How do I renew?

All orders placed will automatically renew unless cancelled. In order to cancel the auto-renew aspect of your subscription, simply log in and access the user menu from the toolbar on the top-right of the homepage. Select “View Order” and click “Cancel”, which will end the recurring payment but continue the subscription for the issues for which payment has already been processed.

Which issue will my subscription start with and how many will I receive?

The first issue of a print subscription is determined by our publishing schedule. It will start with the next issue that is released after the date of purchase. You’ll receive a total of four print magazines over the course of your subscription, receiving one every three months each year.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR PRESS INQUIRES OR POSIBLE FEATURES?

We aren’t actively seeking nor do we do a ton of business/product mentions or spotlights, and we currently don’t offer any print advertising. However, we do like to hear from those who’d like to collaborate or become involved with us in some way. If you have any ideas of how to partner or collaborate, let us know.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

At this time, Will-I-Be accepts PayPal, and Direct Bank Transfer.

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR SUCH HIGH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

We apologize about the high shipping but unfortunately the shipping cost (even the most basic post) is expensive. We are always looking for shops and stockists overseas to save readers the S/H, so if you have any suggestions of places in your area that would be good fits to carry Will-I-Be, do let us know (mail@will-i-be.com). You will be able to find a growing list of stockists available on our website.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Please note that we process all mailings through a fulfillment center that ships the orders via USPS bulk mail; delivery can take 1–2 weeks for domestic orders, or 4–8 weeks for international, depending on your location. If you have questions about your order, please email us at mail@will-i-be.com. Delivery time of print quarterly orders depends heavily on the location of the recipient, and can be delayed due to local customs.

International ordres may be subject to import duties and customs taxes that are levied once the package reaches the border of the country of destination. All incurred charges are the responsibility of the buyer; Will-I-Be has no control over these. Any questions or queries for customs policies must be made by contacting your local customs office.
